Fred Henry
Fred Henry’s experience in the Westside market is extensive. He was manager and VP of marketing and communications for DBL Realtors (now Sotheby’s International Realty) on the Sunset Strip. He opened one of John Aaroe & Associate’s offices in Los Feliz. The branch went on to be a great success for the company. Fred was also a manager of Fred Sands on the Sunset Strip. “The Sunset Strip area has always been a dynamic market,” said Henry. “It’s an entertainment hub and centrally located. Shaun Seeram, started in real estate in 1991 with DBL Realtors. He joined Sotheby's Realty in 2004, and is now with Rodeo Realty, Sunset Strip. He specializes in the Greater LA area: West Hollywood, Hollywood, Miracle Mile, Sunset Strip, Downtown LA, West LA, Santa Monica. Peter Schwartz
At twenty-four years old, I purchased my first home in Los Angeles, a dilapidated, 1923 Spanish bungalow in the Larchmont area; I paid $118,500. In a trial-by-fire process, I renovated that home with a lot of sweat effort. The result was satisfying, and, having decided to sell that home and take on a new project, I faced the process of hiring a real estate agent for the first time. I learned that many elements inform that decision. Realizing what a significant role a real estate agent plays in the process of buying and selling a house, the prospect of entering the industry was inevitable for me, and I entered the business in 1989, joining the Jon Douglas Company's Los Feliz office.
